Shipmanagement

  • Provision of competent deck & engine officers and crew with the appropriate experience, qualifications and certificates.
  • For cruise vessels provision of experienced hotel, food and beverage personnel and appropriate entertainment teams ensuring appropriate language requirements are met.
  • Provision of fuel and lubricants as required.
  • Supply of provisions and deck & engine and hotel consumables.
  • Maintenance of vessels to an agreed standard including repairs, drydocking and the provision of spares.
  • Ensure all vessel documentation is up to date with all certificates, manuals etc required to trade.
  • Provision of insurance related services (H&M, war and P&I) and handling and settling of claims.
  • Provision of financial budgets for the vessel and monthly management accounts including comparison to budget.
  • Handling of charter party disputes, FDD and cargo claims and appointment of agents.
